Meet the 2026 PACE CNA Pre-Apprentices!

We will feature a two-part video highlighting interviews with the current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) PACE cohort. Pre-apprentices will reflect on their experiences in the program, responding to guided questions about their training journey and discussing the aspects they have found most meaningful and impactful. As part of the video, participants will also recite the program’s spoken pieces, “Commitment” and “Health Care Oath,” demonstrating their understanding of professional values and dedication to the healthcare field. This can be valuable for youth and prospective students, allowing them the opportunity to hear directly from current cohort members about their experiences and favorite aspects of the program. It provides an authentic, relatable preview of what to expect and can increase enrollment interest.
