Keeping Up with YTTW & PACE Graduates!

We will present on the progression of graduates from the stages of pre-apprenticeship to apprenticeship. We will highlight how apprenticeships have driven their growth and innovation. The presentation will also include clips or audio of apprentices sharing their experiences, challenges, and personal development. This approach helps illustrate the real impact of the apprenticeship program on individual participants. We encourage individuals considering apprenticeship programs who can relate to the lived experiences of graduates and see tangible examples of personal and professional growth.
