Interviews with YTTW Graduate Pre-Apprentices & Apprentices

YTTW graduates will be interviewed about how being registered apprentices has helped their communities and contributed to their personal growth as people of color or Latinos. This will be a pre-recorded event via Zoom. We encourage educators, school leaders, and career counselors to attend. Hearing directly from graduates helps them better guide students, especially students of color and Latino students, toward viable, nontraditional career pathways. Also, individuals considering apprenticeship programs can relate to the lived experiences of graduates and see tangible examples of personal and professional growth.
