Grow your Workforce with Apprenticeships: PR Job Corps Employer Roundta

The purpose of this event is to bring together employers from a variety of industries to engage in meaningful dialogue about workforce development and the role that Registered Apprenticeship Programs can play in strengthening the talent pipeline. In recognition of National Apprenticeship Week, Puerto Rico Job Corps aims to provide employers with valuable information about the requirements, benefits, and opportunities associated with registering apprenticeship programs within their organizations. Additionally, the event is designed to provide orientation and support to our employer partners by highlighting how apprenticeship programs can be used as an effective strategy for recruiting, training, and retaining skilled employees. Employers will also have the opportunity to learn more about the pool of Job Corps graduates who are job-ready and prepared to contribute to their organizations.
