Event Description

This session translates insights from the Grow Apprenticeship California 3.0 Playbook into practical lessons for regions looking to plan, strengthen, or scale Registered Apprenticeship Programs. Through case studies from the Central Valley Mother Lode (CVML) and Los Angeles Regional Consortium (LARC), participants will explore what regional alignment looks like in practice, the role of Deep Technical Assistance in advancing programs, and how coordinated ecosystems better respond to employer demand while expanding access for historically underrepresented populations. Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of the building blocks of effective regional apprenticeship ecosystems, lessons learned from California’s experience, and actionable entry points, including questions to ask, partners to engage, and tools to explore, to support apprenticeship growth in their own regions.
