Grit & Grace Challenge 2026

The Mallory Gaston Foundation (MGF) is dedicated to closing the opportunity gap by equipping ALL Bay Area youth with the skills, education, mentorship, and paid apprenticeships necessary to secure high-income careers in the fitness sector and beyond. Our model integrates entrepreneurship, skill-building, and direct job placement through three interconnected phases: 1. Grit & Grace Challenge (Required Recruitment & Assessment Event) 💪🏾🔥 • The MGF’s flagship recruitment initiative designed to identify, engage, and assess potential candidates. • We focus on underrepresented young adults (ages 17-55), including veterans, un- or underemployed individuals, those aging out of foster care, justice involved and those from low-income or disconnected backgrounds. • The G&G Challenge serves to evaluate candidates’ physical endurance, mental resilience, and capacity for learning—key indicators of success in both fitness training and entrepreneurship.
