Apprentice Recognition / Engagement Event

This engagement event will support and recognize current apprentices across both Education Apprenticeship Programs (Early Childhood Education & Bilingual Educator). Because apprentices are placed across multiple job sites, program staff will visit apprentice cohort classes at Santa Ana College to connect with them in a shared learning environment. These coordinated visits during scheduled instruction will provide an opportunity to recognize apprentice progress, strengthen engagement, and reinforce the Earn & Learn Registered Apprenticeship model, which integrates paid work-based learning, related instruction, and mentorship. As the related instruction provider, Santa Ana College supports apprentice success through academic guidance and program resources. Staff will check in with apprentices, share updates, and gather feedback to support continuous improvement and program completion.
