Apprentice Lunch and Recognition

This a a simple lunch gathering event to celebrate with our current apprentices, acknowledges and rewards their hard work and achievements during their training. This will help Luma College to boost morale and motivate them, creating a positive and supportive environment that encourages apprentices to continue learning and growing. Also, strengthen the workplace culture. Fostering a sense of community and appreciation. We are going to talk about the benefits of apprenticeships, showcasing the value of the program thru short videos interviews that are going to be published in our social media.
