This event is sponsored by the USDOL Women's Bureau, Arizona Department of Economic Security, McCarthy Construction, and Fresh Start Women's Foundation, a 2022 WANTO grantee. The event is live, free, and open to women seeking a new career with the potential for high-wages.

Hear It From Her Panel: A panel of women thriving in technology, trades, and other roles who will share their journeys and give you real perspectives on what it is like to work in these industries.

Employer and Apprenticeship Panel:
A panel of employers and apprenticeship experts who will discuss pathways for women to join these industries and ways they are supporting women in their workplaces.

VR Experience: An opportunity to participate in hands-on virtual reality activities that give you a sense of what your future career could look like.
